Often described as 'the way we do things around here', organisation culture is informed by the everyday habits and rituals we go through, and even the stories we tell ourselves and others about the business we work in.

Culture comprises the attitudes, experiences, beliefs, values and norms of an organisation, and controls the way people and groups iinteract with each other and indeed with customers. Creating a culture of constant evolution and renewal is vital to the lifeblood of an organisation, culture is often regarded as the main blocker of change, and in some instances, can become an excuse not to change.
